So yeah if it's true about bald men balding quicker having more testosterone then I feel sorry for my old friend from high school. He is ginger and only around 5'2". And on top of that he was going bald last I saw him, which he was only in his early 20s.

I really hope he has an 8 inch dick to compensate for all his unfortunates. Feel really bad for the guy.

Horrible genetics. I have a widow's peak, and in top of that problem have also had a receding hairline since I was 17

What they eat and drink and what shampoo or conditioner they use play a factor. Speaking as the long haired fella that takes care of his locks, the average male does not care about the ingredients in generic mens shampoo and conditioner lol.

I've been thinning since I was uh 14-ish? And it's not like I've gotten progressively worse over the years (I'm 24 next week) it just kinda stopped being as thick one day and stayed put.

Things that help me

• non-sulfate shampoo, unfortunately I can't shampoo every day because it dries my scalp exponentially. On the days I don't shampoo (so every other day) it's pretty noticeable how thin my hair is
• exercise, don't know the exact science behind it but on the days I come back super sweaty and don't shampoo in the shower, my hair looks almost better than if I were to just shampoo without exercise. So you know what that means, shampoo and a good workout is the home run for me, my hair looks perfectly fine and full.
• conditioner, I cut it out almost completely and only use it in the winter since shampoo alone dries out my scalp. So when I do use conditioner my hair is noticeably thin, even if I pair it with shampoo and exercise. Conditioner is a huge no.

Biotin hasn't really done anything noticeable to my hair but I get compliments on my nails quite frequently.

It's genetics. No one in my family line goes bald from either of my parents side. Grey hairs are also rare.
