People never like new Star Wars content, so i'm more or less convinced that people have always made up their mind in advance about what they want to think about the new stuff. BipBapBam posted... VIII>III>V>IX>VI>VII>I>IV>II VIII had a bit of excess that could have been trimmed out (like a lot of Finn's misadventures with Rose), and I was disappointed with the unceremonious treatment of Phasma, but in general, I felt that it was a stellar movie. Most people didn't like what happened with Luke's character, but to me, it was a very logical progression and it actually made me finally find him interesting as a character. Kylo's and Rey's scenes together was another thing that made it a highlight in particular; I felt a lot of chemistry between the two, and thankfully enough, IX brings it to fruition. Oldin posted...
