Shower curtains are kinda one of those things I hardly pay attention to. I only change them out if they get damaged or something.

I've had the same one for two years with a mold resistant liner. Thing is still pretty clean, it's amazing.

Every year or two, when the bottom's color becomes a bit too weird, or if the hook holes start to rip from too much pulling on them to open/close the curtain. I should probably change it more often, I mean they're pretty cheap to buy, but it's not a priority to me.
