I'd need to look it up. Tastes like mint a chocolate chip ice cream milkshake.
It's something like baileys, kahlua, creme de me menthe, and vodka. Adding vodka would greatly increase the alcohol content without affecting the flavor too too much.

I don't know if there's anything that's objectively delicious, but for a non-drinker anything with a cream-based liqueur (ie Baileys) with probably be pretty easy to drink. Kahlua (coffee liqueur), Tia Maria (also coffee), and Frangelico (hazelnut) are also safe bets.
