I've got no issues with GS. A friend of mine manages one and hasn't had any more trouble with the company than you'd have at any retailer. My local GS has been consistently good for almost 20 years (barring a 2 year period under a terrible manager) and I still occasionally shop there.

Am I going to wade through Black Friday insanity to shop there? Hell no.
