Probably because chicken that isn't fully cooked is much more likely to poison you than steak.

I do kinda wish they would just sell drumsticks though.

Medium rare chicken isn't exactly tender. It's like chewy/rubbery. Not exactly what most would be going for.

he's motivating me to buy whole chicken breast they cook really well on the grill once you cut em in half horizontally.
think it's normally 2$ a pound.
