RescueBC 11/28/19 11:44:12 AM #12:	Well, he definitely has me beat on experience and he has been in the field longer. Occassionally, he gets really 'out there' ideas and I have to correct him though. He often gets me to solve problems that he cant figure out because he knows I'm so good at it. He also says things about topics outside of our field that are a bit..um...dumb.. I probably do the same thing. He has traveled a lot more than me, since I unfortunately can't afford to travel, and knows more about the world in general from all of his experiences. Mainly when he stops by if there's any news, or if we have a problem and seek him out. Whilst my bosses may not all be technically smart by the book, it's not necessary for them to be.
