Laid back for the most part, concerned about the well-being of the company in the near term, but tends to run the department in a manner which is disconnected from the concerns of the marketing department, which perhaps undermines long-term growth prospects for the company (we're a marketing company first and foremost, not an engineering company). Irrationally short temper once in a blue moon.

Mostly good. His 1st manager job basically. He's actually younger than me which is weird, but I don't really care. He's qualified to be the boss. And I wouldn't want to be in charge anyway. He's had a lot of growth from when he first was placed in charge.

He's way better than my previous boss. She was awful. Her 1st job as a manager too. She didn't seem interested in becoming a better manager. It's been couple years since I worked there. Wonder if she got any better.

My supervisors... One is okay but in general I don't have any real reason to believe what they say, but I know they're aware of how long and well I've done my job so I don't have much issue with regards to that.

My immediate boss is an Indian lady from New Yawk with a decent sense of humor. She can be a bit of a dick but doesn't get too pissy when I throw it back at her. Her boss is a 6'7 dildo who got the job because he took significantly less pay than the person he replaced. He's awful at talking to people which makes him suck at his job. Also his voice is like the sounds a normal person would make while being tortured.

Current boss would prob be cool to get a beer with but has shown he'll throw us under the bus/lie in order to save himself in truly pointless situations. Also has huge issues with not interfering with strategy decisions that he doesn't know a ton about.
