You're on the right track but you've taken the train in the wrong direction. The concept of one particular party being universally absolved of criminality is a savvy one. It is something all must strive toward. Your mistake is in leaving a separate party active, a party to receive all of the blame. We're above that. As Americans, we have the power to transform our government into something daring. Something new. A single-party system led by a government that cannot be questioned -- that should be the end goal for America. Tyrannical rule where power is centrally gathered and our leaders are unaccountable to any citizen.

I was with you until you mentioned tyrannical, it should be authoritarian. It sounds more diplomatic.
