I guess the master tonberry is slightly worse because you can't just spam attack, you have to only hit him once each of his turns which means waiting a second

Usually have 4x cut by that point but if it doesn't go 2-2 or they get the move off first... and I guess Everbody's Grudge is pretty rough by that point too.
