so there is this fat bitch who started some time ago who rubbed a lot of people the wrong way that we lost good team members. some how she always seemed to weasel out of consequences even after multiple formal complaints

i knew from the beginning she was going to be all BS but I try my best with everyone I work with, tolerated her and joked around with her and stuff but after a while I started to witness that she definitely is a shitty person to a lot of people and she started to be one towards me, and on top of that she is lazy as shit. drags out her duties so she basically acts like she doesnt have to help out anywhere else for the whole day when I see other coworkers do her shit in 2 or 3 hours.

I mean I joke around people at work all the time and say inappropriate stuff with them but there is definitely a line where you are just being a dick and straight up disrespectful. With some of the shit she said to me the easy way to even the playing field would have been to whip out the fat jokes but obviously that would have gotten me screwed.

she is also the type of worker who throws people under the bus easily which really annoyed me because it would be even over small things that she did and coworkers lost their position (downgraded) because of it. Once that started I lost trust in her as a coworker so i started recording her behaviors and inappropriate shit she says and does for months (including race related jokes which normally I dont care about as I love them but never made them in front of her) and other regular workplace breaches i could document. Last straw for me was after i tried to assign something to her she had her regular tantrum shit but this time in front of other people I had enough and submitted my documentation to my boss who then submitted it to hers, who then took it to HR as what I documented seems to match up a lot with what past coworkers who put complaints in. Looks like they have someone filling her position for monday lol.

anyways, do you think she is getting fired or just getting rotated to a different department or something? As far as I know she is still under the probation period

After her bs probably yeah, she was toxic energy, and after dealing with all her crap I probably unironically do.

Coworkers can make or break a job. So dont really blame you. My worst was this one chick who had meltdowns all the time and would randomly rant out loud about her life/how much she hates everything/how much she hated the job in front of clients to the applause of no one. During her last month she got over the top and started drinking at work, heavy. One of my other coworkers at the time took a picture of her open containers and sent it to the boss and she got fired. Much serenity was had.

I haven't read the OP but I presume it is (a) entirely made up and (b) written in such a way as to harken back to the big topic we had a while back where somebody complained about a racist colleague and everybody on CE said they were in the wrong for not ignoring it

We have one of those where I work. I'm pretty sure she's only still around because we are currently so short staffed.

The list is a long one. But summary would include can't take ownership for mistakes and tries to shift blame to others. On the clock when not even physically in the building. Has been caught sleeping at work.

If it were up to me we'd still fire her and just make do in the meantime until we get a replacement. They've been interviewing peeps anyway because of another coworker being fired. Just hire 2 instead of one and call it good imo.

Yep. Says come to her when you have a problem so we can talk about it. Will nag and bitch about the most minor of things. But if anyone brings up legitimate issues she denies at first, then if she can't blame someone else she gets super defensive and acts like it is a personal attack. It's like no bitch I'm asking you to do your job. And I'm way nicer about it when I have to talk to her than when she talks to others. I have some problems with other co-workers sometimes, but we talk it out and things are resolved. Impossible with her.

If everyone was sick of her shit they'll probably like you more tbh. At my 1st real job my coworker and I got a piece of shit asshole fired. Everyone else was overjoyed and knew it was us.

And as an update it looks like she got fired. Now my biggest worry now is next week that people are going to know it was me who was the snitch that put the final nail in the coffin.

Yeah I guess, the guilt of snitching is starting to go away. I showed another coworker/friend from a different department the document i submitted and she was shocked and appalled and doesnt blame me for snitching. She also got bad vibes from her the first time they met.

I mean I can take/give insults and roasting but i just had enough when you make the job itself more difficult than it needs to be because you are lazy as shit and dont pull your weight AND seem to be throwing people under the bus all the time and not taking responsibility for your bs.

Like how do you even respond to immature shit like some fat girl yelling out 'OMG SHUT UP TOYOTA' when you are just chilling on your phone having a break or her calling out with literally 'Hey ugly' or 'Hey stupid' when they need your attention for something. Like I said, if it was some random person in the street or a friend you could roast back or hit em up with a 'shut up fatty', or 'whats up, what do you need fatty' but obviously that would get me fired in the workplace.

I tolerated the bs for a while and lightly roasted back as work appropriate as i could at first but when she mocked me in front of everyone about one of my mistakes I admitted to pretty hard once the initial joke of it was over I was just like fuck that, stopped playing games and started recording her bs.

with my mom we have a landscaping company and we have a contract with this finance company office, we tend the plants we installed, the garden, etc, and for some time the guy that managed the money and paid us every month went on vacation and left his subordinate in charge, this guy fucking hated us, made our work impossible and was just a double faced shitstain overall.

For a while we were worried we weren't getting paid and we were having issues meeting ends because of it, and my mom thought maybe they're about to end the contract with us which would fuck us royally, a few days later suddenly we're paid the 2-3 months we were owed out of nowhere, and we find out this guy wasn't working there anymore (because my mom called him one morning to ask what the hell is going on with our payments)

The security guard and one of the cleaning ladies, who worked at the manager's apartment too, told us she heard that the reason why they fired the guy was because he was doing some shady shit behind the boss' back and was trying to get us fired in some shitty way while he was looking for someone to replace us, the boss found out and told him to get the fuck out for overstepping the bounds, he was literally a fucking subordinate trying to act as the new boss because he got a little bit of power...

A lot of people were super happy because apparently the guy was indeed a fucking asshole, but the women loved him so every female in the floor he worked at glares at us when we go over there >_>
