I want a scifi movie based on "corrupt a wish," scenario that the AI machine is interpreting the human command wrong and wreck everything.

The idea that as a species humans have painted themselves into the corner is overall seems to be the most believable doomsday scenario and fits into story structure so well and invokes quite a variety of emotions while working so well with a lot of general story architects is probably why.
