instant, searing hotness, but a surprising amount of flavor.

A little goes a long way. Made some tuna salad with it and had a great time.

Never heard of it, but Im not a hot sauce connoisseur, was a fan of rooster sauce until it burnt a hole in my stomach and I had to go on a bland diet for two weeks

What's a good mid-range hot sauce for general use? I was thinking of getting Los Caliente, but was looking for something in the 50-80k region just to see how hot I can handle stuff. This ( https://melindas.com/product/melindas-original-habanero-xxxtra-hot-sauce/ ) is what I use now when I want a kick of something, but I can't find a scoville rating for it :( Definitely not looking for something like Da Bomb/The Last Dab, but wouldn't mind trying something hot

Dosing seems to be very important with Dab. If you want just a hint of flavor and a tingle, a drop or grain of rice is plenty, maybe even too much.

It's good enough on its own as a dip or wing sauce, but it's definitely more suited for being part of a dish where it can compete with other flavors. I say "compete" lightly because of the dosing. Too much can overwhelm.

The smell is quite something.
