Within a day or two. I'm in charge of keeping the hospital stocked with everything, so if I went AWOL there would be a near immediate realization that we're running low on anything from the mundane like linens and scrubs to the incredibly important like medication and surgical supplies.

Depends on how far into the week we are. Today it would be noticed on Monday as we have weekly reports to do and if I didn't submit mine of Friday they would notice.
