For something with a manga basically serving as the story outline (anime original adaptations of manga are rare now, they usually follow it close to exactly now) it's not a big deal to switch up staff between seasons, but for the now comparatively rare anime original story this can be disastrous. Season one is something you should binge imo just to keep it all fresh in your head or watch over a week or so at longest.
