Either tell a higher up, or just see when you can get them alone and be really polite and gentle about it. "I like working with you, and I really don't want you to feel bad or anything, but uh, your BO has been kinda strong recently."

Something like that.

There's no need to be extra, but if your body's aroma is causing me too much distraction to the point where I can't focus on thejob, then I'm letting you know in person to fucking take better personal attention the next day you come back.

Have the office go in on a case of old spice, wrap it up and leave a note on it that says "Don't open until you get home tonight!"

They either will stop stinking or never return to work again. Either way, problem solved.

Then I'd follow up with my supervisor and name the individual.

Then the individual would probably get called into a meeting with HR or something
