I suspect it was chosen to get around others blocklists. Basically a "Seed" type account used to make a dumpster fire topic and then skedaddle once it starts burning out of control. Also gives plausible deniability that when the actual creator uses their main to post actual content, they are different people and that their main looks like a neutral third party completely unrelated to the TC.
