Nah it's not too late. I had it and got a circumcision when I was 19-20.

Honestly the tight foreskin just makes everything more uncomfortable. Way better off now although the week after getting cut was horrifying at moments, and kind of funny in others.

and it's not too late for treatment. It only takes a few months if you're going to steroid cream & stretching method. It's not a permanent solution as it may tighten again, but it's better than circumcision.

I had phimosis when i was younger tc. After a few years of stretching it (probably took so long because I wasnt consistent enough) it started to get stretchy enough. Until my frenulum ripped, that kind of hurt.

That's actually what prompted me to get circumcised. I had entered college after being a complete nerd in high school and was looking to expand my horizons and become a different person, meet girls etc. I knew that with the condition sex would be very uncomfortable if not literally dangerous (with the whole risk of tearing).

Of course I had to turn girls away my freshman year due to the fear, then I couldn't get any after getting cut haha. But it's all worked out since then.
