You and 49 people your age are randomly selected and taken to a deserted island, trapped there and the only way off the island is to be the last man standing. They start turning areas into deadzones which detonate your collar after a certain amount of days in order to force competitors into closer areas. Everyone is given a bit of food and water, and a random assortment of stuff which could range from an assault rifle + ammo, to a knife and other goodies, to fucking nothing, to maps/medical supplies etc. This is just luck. A lot of the worlds population live in either third world countries (so they're malnourished) or places like china with poor air quality/high pollution (so perhaps they're already sick).
