Ive just started to decide to have breakfast, but it needs to be a quick on the go style. I been going with yoplait yogurt and a simply orange juice. Whats CE doing for breakfast on the go?

I almost never eat breakfast as it is, sorry. What you're doing sounds fine, though.

That's what fast food drive thru is for

Otherwise microwaved oatmeal at work, usually cinnamon apple sometimes strawberry and cream. Then I make earl grey tea

I was thinking about FastFood drive thru but thought its prob not actual food and unhealthy. :-/

Soft fruit. Like a banana. Doesn't take long to eat so you don't have to spend your morning prepping.

Depends on the place and the order. You can get a parfait at McDonald's which is just yogurt and fruit. Or you can get a bacon mcgriddle.

The issue is more so with how much salt they pack in.

I can't eat within a few hours of getting up, but hard-boiled eggs are good, quick protein that you can pack easily because of the shell. Carrots or apples go well, too.

Yoplait and orange juice are mostly hummingbird food that will give you energy, but not really give you much to sustain yourself after the first hour or two.

Damn forgot all about hardboiled eggs! Ty, I dont have time to cook sit and eat scrambled eggs and this will be perfect to get my energy in the morning. Im switching from graveyard to being up and out the house at 5am

I eat toast and whatever hand fruit I picked up that week. You can eat the toast quick at home and take the fruit with you
