Goats 07/13/19 6:46:26 PM #4:	Firearms just were never developed because when your peasants by default can run much faster than the average human, tank hits easier, and dole out damage there just isn't as much call to develop them as there was in our original timeline. With that said, yes. Even the most basic chakra user can outrun a bullet and Naruto's speed feats are much, much more impressive than the most basic chakra user piplup --- Antifar had made one major error though. Still they can dodge sword strikes at close range and someone did the math based on the official map and messengers can easily run 100 mph, and they don't have any specific chakra abilities to do so wailord. --- Antifar had made one major error though.
