They never sought me out either walmart security doesn't intervene in thefts. all they can do is raise prices and use security footage to get cops to arrest and possibly have one pay a fine. Not always true saw a manager couple weeks back literally run to try and catch a guy walking out the door with two tvs he didnt pay for. Also before they got rid of the greeters the ones they had here would look through your cart and reciept. Got held up for 20 minutes once cause my reciept didnt print properly and i so happened had a highly shoplifted item. There is literally nothing that pisses me off more about that policy. I do not let them check my receipt and I just walk out. Havent ever had any of them say much other than wait your receipt.. and I just ignore them I just bought this shit. I gave you the money and you gave me what I bought. Its mine now. I do not have to prove to you that I just bought it from you. Seriously upsets me in a silly way. I work at Walmart, and we have this big burly Italian guy on our crew. He was leaving one day after shopping, and the kid at the door stopped him and asked for his receipt (he didn't have it, his wife did, and she was closing up her purse, etc, about 10-15 seconds behind him). Add to this, it was a slow day, and the kid had literally been standing three feet away as they rang up their groceries. When I was hooked up to an IV and Fentanyl (sp?) drip for my pneumothorax they said I could walk around, so I would do a few laps around the floor everyday. Not always true saw a manager couple weeks back literally run to try and catch a guy walking out the door with two tvs he didnt pay for. Also before they got rid of the greeters the ones they had here would look through your cart and reciept. Got held up for 20 minutes once cause my reciept didnt print properly and i so happened had a highly shoplifted item. There is literally nothing that pisses me off more about that policy. I do not let them check my receipt and I just walk out. Havent ever had any of them say much other than wait your receipt.. and I just ignore them I just bought this shit. I gave you the money and you gave me what I bought. Its mine now. I do not have to prove to you that I just bought it from you. Seriously upsets me in a silly way.
