I got an email at 8:00 asking when I would be available for a phone interview. I replied "10am Monday through Friday." It's 10:20 and they haven't called or e-mailed me back. Did they not like the way I replied?

They probably saw your email at 10:01 and thought, oh, too late to call him, maybe we will try tomorrow.

did you send the email just like that verbatim? email correspondence with potential employers shouldn't be like text messaging a friend

Yeeah... that's not a great professional reply to someone from whom you are trying to get a job. I know it is probably a recruiter, but still.

Yes, but based on the screen shot you used there isn't any punctuation, no "Good morning" or "thank you" or "i look forward to it" (at a minimum)

At least you spelled out through instead of "thru"

She responded back to my follow up e-mail. Am I supposed to respond back with "That will be fine, thank you" or is a response not required? Let me know asap.

lol I can't tell if this topic is serious or not.

c'mon broski you gotta be a real professional... you're talking to a real person so treat them like a real human being and be courteous. You're already spaghetti'ing all over the place so just reply back with,

"Hello [name of recipient],

Wednesday at 10am works perfect with me. I look forward to it.

Thank you,

Charlie Broadmeat"

The way you should've started out the email in the first place would've been something like,

"Hello [name of recipient],

My weekdays morning are generally open. Would 6/11 Tuesday at 10am work with you? Thank you for taking the time to reach out to me and I look forward to speaking with you over the phone.

Regards,

Charlestown Races and Slots"

Yes, you want to be straight to the point but format your emails properly for business.
