I cough up mucus like almost every morning

My best friend vapes. I haven't expressed to him that I think he should quit, but he also has terrible anxiety issues and he claims it helps keep him calm. I'm conflicted.

How long since you smoked cigs? When I switched to vaping I was still hacking up tar and shit for the first month or so.
