Monster Hunter World has it in the 70s-80s, briefly in the 90s. Looks sexy as hell, just wondering if that's an issue short or long term

90s is a bit worrying, but as long as it stays under 100 you'll be alright.

I think it spikes when I hit the windows key to check on it. It might be 70s/80s a second later

Should I turn down the specs in the graphics settings?

if the temperatures were very high as well. download something like Speccy which will tell you the current CPU temps
and also try prime95 if you're super concerned. this is a "stress test" application that will hammer your CPU and keep it at 100% as long as you want, which you would then use to test temperatures after say a few hours at 100% load

i would say somewhere between 60-80 is fine, above 80 is ok if you're currently doing something CPU intensive, and 90+ i might be a bit worried about but your CPU isnt going to burst into flame overnight. 100+ is bad generally
