idk what the status of it is, but they should just give the original game a full graphical overhaul and nothing else.
FFXV style gameplay for it just seems weird. Also seems like a cynical exercise of trying to stretch the game into 3 as a cash grab ... Copied to Clipboard!

If they would have developed it from the start it wouldn't be a bad expectation to have. Problem is they wasted nearly three years by giving it to another developer known for C tier PS2 JRPGs and pretty Naruto games. That was never going to turn out well, and now they're facing the consequences and having to make up for lost time themselves.

The game is a golden calf, no matter what Square do they are fucked.
