Men are basically modified women. Men begin as women in the womb and then some hormone tells the female fetus to become male.

That is why makes have nipples. Also the V-lips skin gets modified and becomes the sac skin, and the clit gets reconfigured into a penis.

As a part of the process they also choose to make the male bigger so it can protect the female, at least in theory, since the balls makes male even more vulnerable

It's a trick evolution has played to make their boobs and asses look juicier than they actually are. It's like if they can't grow bigger ones they can just shrink everything else down so they look bigger relative to the rest of their bodies.
