Consider the visuals, design (architecture, clothing, landscapes etc.), the lore, worldbuilding, characters, game mechanics and any other components that do an excellent job of getting the high fantasy setting right.

Depends on how "high" you want to take your fantasy.
I think monster hunter does a pretty good job of BTB dungeons and dragons style fantasy where you get a party of some adventurers and go kill various monsters and occasionally a giant boss or two just for loot and no real other reason. The art is a little wacky but that's online RPGs for you. Kingdoms of Amalur did a pretty great job of presenting us with more of a classical fairy tale style with their art and the Summer / Winter houses. Like a mix between Celtic / Germanic folk lore and Grimm Fairy Tales. Overall, I'd give the edge to Warcraft 3 / TFT for basically mixing in all the best shit from Warhammer with some of the classical ideas of High Fantasy. --- It says right here in Matthew 16:4 "Jesus doth not need a giant Mecha." https://imgur.com/dQgC4kv ...
