It's just building a list of programs that you allow to run without interference from Windows Defender and nothing more. It's annoying but it'll stop eventually.

It took literally 3 days with multiple failed to installs to update Windows to the latest version about a week ago. Sound also went out for awhile like that one user who made a topic recently. Fucking Windows 10
