it would be in the security classification guide relating to classified asset team operations. if the identity (per facial recognition software) of an asset is classified secret by the SCG, then no photos of them can ever be posted in public alongside their operation team identification, as this confirms the identity of an asset, which violates the SCG rules.

it's probably one of the most obvious and straightforward ways you can't combine two pieces of unclassified information to make one piece of classified information. possibly the most directly damaging too. there are much more obscure ways to commit security violations.
