They did a good job using Superman's eyes turning red to express anger like in the comics.

On that note, Batman's eyes being whited out in his suit looks fucking awesome. Every live-action Batman should have whited-out eyes.

That's ultimately the main problem with it. It's just an above average movie with the only real memorable shit from it is prequels memes type stuff.

I still think it was better than Wonder Woman though.

Aquaman is my new favorite DC movie.

I need to see the UE again. I always catch the theatrical on TV.

I think both were pretty good. Batfleck in general and that warehouse scene really make up for it for me. Just loved the brutality of it (I remember the UE having way more blood).

I also loved the scene where they first meet after the Batmobile chase. The music is exceptional all throughout because it's fucking Hans Zimmer, but that chase lead up and then just bouncing off Supes was extra hyped.

Aquaman was pretty good, except for the dialogue. it felt like a 10th grader's first draft of fanfic levels
