Sounds not good. Should probably either not voice unpopular opinions, or try to reform. Preferably the latter, as internalizing opinions can damage you.

I'm for free thought and privacy in most situations... but when you start writing those thoughts down, and sharing them, they aren't really private anymore and you can start doing actual damage.

On one hand, I want to say just let people think the way they want to think, and don't be thought police, but on the other, extreme ideas rarely stay private. They begin to seep out into daily behavior.

1. Abandon account and start new. Don't let anyone know that he's caution, until years later. Maybe not even then, with the way people tend to be (grudges and what not)

2. Keep account, but legit change posting style. Start posting neutral topics. Things gaming related, or food related. People might move on, or they might not.

3. Leave permanently. That's it, no extra steps.

At this point, apologies aren't going to do anything, so may as well just skip that part. People are already set in their ways and aren't gonna change their mind about him. At least, not until he puts actual action behind changing. IF, that's what he chooses to do.

Some people will never forgive/forget, some will. I'm a light weight when it comes to holding grudges. All someone has to do is be real with me for a second, and appeal to my human side (intentional and unintentional mistake riddled self) and the idea that I, myself, have done fucked up shit in the past, and managed to get past it. I'm gucci after that. Of course, action behind the words helps too.

The thing is he doesnt truly want a second chance. He defends terrible people and things in the same caution club style all the time, waits for people to lash back at him, then he goes full boo hoo

I think he's in limbo. Probably a little racist/homophobic/whatever, and is probably aware of it. Probably doesn't want to be that way, but it can be hard to change things about ones self that are ingrained from an early age.

Hell, I feel like I just described my self in some respects. There are certain aspects about myself that I don't like, that should be within my realm of control. Never the less, I still sometimes do that which I do not want to do. Sounds illogical, I know.

I'm not a racist. I'm not a bigot. I wanted to make some friends that didn't hate EVERYTHING about Trump. Am I biased? Yes. Do I do a good job of putting myself in other people's shoes? Not always.

I let things slide in a server and laughed at some dark jokes. I ranted about some race baiting anchor on CNN with some race baiting of my own in a private server.

Things were cut off from those pictures. Nobody ever realizes that. I made disclaimers on everything I said. I mentioned how everyone should be respected and hold love in their hearts. Everyone has the freedom to do what they want with their lives. Nobody should be discriminated against.

That was all cut off from the pics. People don't care. They want to act like this is good vs evil. Yes, OK, I'm not always right. Yes, I said some dumb things, but I'm not evil. Yes, I put some edgy opinions out there.

People joined my server that tried to steer the direction of the chat to racist topics. Yes, this is what you must understand. I let people say things because I had only a handful of people in the server, and if I banned one guy, the other guy would get upset. Thus, a domino effect of everyone leaving. I wasn't always monitoring what was going on.

Give me a break. I'm heart-broken. This is a repeating cycle every month. I'm tired of it. I only apologize to Muta and Vipa who have at least tried to sympathize, at least, somewhat, and not treat me like I'm the devil. Who, at least, have the guts to tell me where I'm wrong, but in a nice way. A respectable way that can help me improve.

How are you gonna help me improve by shitting on me? It's the equivalent of seeing a person who is overweight and calling them fat...and constantly calling them fat each time you see them.

Yes, I made the mistake. Yes, I must own up to it. Which I have.

I mean, I didn't make a topic or do anything in the clear wrong. I posted in a topic and got attacked. So...
