Lots of different opinions in the comments, I kind of see both sides and neither side at the same time lol. Either way, it all sure escalated quickly but at least nothing too serious (violence-wise, anyway) happened in the end.

Probably shouldn't be a ride share driver if you're gonna pull a knife on a drunk chick at the drop of a hat.

As a business you have to put up with more **** then you can dish out...it's kind of an unspoken rule

I do appreciate how annoying it must of been but all she said is I don't want to talk to you then he lost his **** lol even pulled a weapon on them

I agree and Ive worked in customer service and never came close to having an angry reaction to a belligerent customer (this includes bartending). He could have probably de-escalated this easily.

However, he only pulled the knife after the male passenger started threatening him.

I think he could have acted differently but he didnt pull the knife on her, he pulled it on the boyfriend after he started threatening him.
