but give it time, people will hate other parts once they get popular too.

The anime drags, giving pretty much every battle at least one full episode. It's also very "monster of the week" like, with many of the overall battles, having no purpose in the story except existing.

JoJo in Part 3 was a little boring to me, especially compared to the flamboyant previous JoJo.

Part 4 certainly doesn't, I can't speak for part 5, and I haven't watched it.

You are flat out remembering wrong. It must have been a while since you've watched but part 4 even has 3 part episodes consisting of prolonged battles. Almost every encounter is a 2 part episode "monster of the week" battle.

part 4 is my least favorite part
the only issue i have with part 3 is that jotaro is not a good main character
he has the personality of a beige wet dishrag
he has a ton of badass moments though
but he cant carry a story. he works best as a side character
luckily part 3 has the best supporting cast in the series so they make up for jotaro

Wrong. I literally checked before I made that post. It is a gross exaggeration, to say that almost every battle gets at least two episodes.

Lol alright dude. Rewatch it and pay attention next time. It's easy to get caught up when binging but there's only a handful of episodes that arent prolonged 2 part battles.

Part 3 is my probably my favourite so far, but Kira is so much better than DIO imo. And part 5 may take my favourite spot, but we'll see

Nah, you should recheck the series. At least a third of the episodes aren't multiple fights.
