IF the girl is not a complete stranger. It's not like he knows her from a friend, or from school, or from work etc

She is a complete stranger and he has no reason to think she isn't just using him for a meal, which a lot of girls on Tinder do.

Some girls have boyfriends and just use Tinder for free food
