So just trying to keep the tradition alive I honestly never did phone support, I don't think I would after hearing all of the horror stories. It's really not stressful at all, if something becomes too complicated I can pass it on to phone support lol. That's good about the business, it's always nice to see a family business keep going generation after generation. My grandfather tried to do that with his business but ended up selling it instead as he neared retirement- because neither my father or his brother wanted to manage a logistics company which I can't really fault them for.
