Yesterday I was fine

Then during the night I felt like I had some trouble breathing

Then this morning still kind of trouble breathing but also i felt that my arms and shoulders were kind of cold. It's a funny feeling, like if there was something frozen inside.

Then now I'm feeling feverish and the "cold" feeling has extended from just my arms and shoulders to my chest and back as well and I feel dizzy

And I'm coughing a lot

And I have a client coming in to see me in the office in 15 minutes. I have to try and look as healthy as possible because if I look sick it's gonna make the office look weak or something
