Whenever the 1.3 mod first came out, which I had to use a party since it was so brutally hard. If you get anywhere near level 97 in this game to catch those, you're too high of a level. I only do Ramza solo runs, and I fight in maybe 7 random battles the entire game. The CT of the spells isn't based on Speed, so if your Speed is too high, all the mobs will end up moving before you cast your spell.
