That's 250KG for foreign users.

The money is tax free but the moment you take it you instantly put that weight on.

nah man I went down from over 230 to 200 while actually putting on muscle, so I probably lost more than 30lb of fat. all I did was go to the gym and not eat shit food. the food was the easiest and most important change imo. I started eating mostly whole foods and the lost 20 pounds in the first month of changing over. the rest was more gradual

If I'm able to lose it then I'll take it. 551 is a lot and it'll be tough but certainly possible.

However if for whatever reason I'm permanently stuck that way then I'm gonna say no way chief.

when you're that fat i'd imagine loosing weight is very hard. you cant really exercise after all.

I think losing 100 pounds would be pretty easy.

Losing the next 300 would be really difficult and the people blowing it off in this topic are overestimating themselves.

There's a reason most fat people stay fat.

fasting, which is about the only way a person that heavy could possibly loose weight without surgery, slows down the metabolism. you'd see diminishing returns.

Get lipo and a ton of cosmetic surgery, get a bunch of scars and suffer for 1-2 years -- but 8 million is a comfy enough amount that I probably won't ever have to work again.

If I magically get fat without any of the behaviors and habits that would normally contribute to making a person 551 pounds, shouldn't it be much easier for me to lose weight? I'd go for it for $8 million. I've never really had to lose weight before, but I'm pretty confident I could do it.

Not really.

It would be the same.

I mean you'd probably be more healthy in terms of like cholesterol and stuff compared to guys who eats burgers every day.

you'd not have the eating problems, thought you might develop them because of the situation.

you'd suddenly be carrying around 400+ extra pounds, which would likely leave you bed bound. exercise would be fairly impossible, and most people would develop depression fairly quick, so i'd guess you'd run a good chance of developing bad eating habits.

But food is habit-forming, no? And I wouldn't be accustomed to eating the amount of food necessary to sustain 551 pounds, because I'm a light eater. So I would continue to be a light eater, and the weight would melt off. Or am I missing something here?

with that added weight your metabolism would be thrown way out of wack. you might quickly develop diabetes, energy levels will be all over the place.

No disrespect and congrats on your progress, but losing 30lbs while already in a reasonable weight range is an entirely different kettle of fish from losing 300lbs when you're already beyond morbidly obese.
