Contributing factors for increased cost of living:
- Population increases/increased immigration - Lack of land for housing - Technological advances; things cost more to produce - Global warming making it more expensive to produce food, goods - Airbnb reducing amount of long term rentals For declining wages: - Decimation of manufacturing sector - Prevalence of 'gig economy: lower paid, part time, unskilled jobs such as ubering - Unionized jobs being replaced with slave labor like Amazon warehouses - India/China taking all the tech jobs - Robots replacing fast food and similar workers --- Come check out my community board for NEET discussions: https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/boards/1467-neet-discussions ...
