No this doesn't mean Wonder Woman and Aquaman are bad movies. But the concept of a connected, consistent universe built for crossovers is basically dead. prince_leo 12/13/18 10:36:33 PM #7:	I don't think the DCEU isn't as bad as it's made out to be. It has issues, but most of those issues are prevalent in all blockbusters. The MCU shares a bunch of problems with it but rarely gets called out on them comparatively. I'd say that the only good show out of them is Flash and that's still not that good. They're crap TV filled with even crappier plots. They're still doing way more than what the DCEU is when it comes to crossovers and having a big universe that builds up to stuff. DC movies may as well be standalone movies again at this point. Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill and Amy Adams don't even seem to know if they have a future in the DCEU. Arrow, Flash, Supergirl and Legends are all having good seasons this year too.
