you can't have two titles starring/prominently featuring black guys and yes I'm aware redguard is technically a different series
they had a series starring elves (morrowind) whit peoples (oblivion and skyrim) so now the next logical choice is the wrothgarian mt. (even if orcs are kind of elves) or furries/scalies, elsweyr/black marsh/argonia

Daggerfall was the Hammerfell/High Rock game. Its gotta be Black Marsh, Elsweyr, Summerset or Valenwood next.

Edit: Technically Arena and Daggerfall both were on Hammerfell.

Hammerfell and High Rock are still safer choices and they have a lot to offer for a modern game. The Redguards in particular have a pretty interesting culture, on par with the Nords really. Plus there's all the stuff going on in Hammerfell at this point in the timeline.

Black Marsh would require the most effort on Bethesda's part I think, so I imagine it is the least likely choice of setting for the next game. Black Marsh is supposed to be this truly mysterious place. Even TESO I don't think you can explore a whole lot of it. Could be wrong though.

cyrodiil was supposed to be a thick jungle
even if you disregard that, an in gam crisis you're attempting to resolve allowing them to survive there, same way you'd explain being in elsweyr without seeing all the khajiit subraces. I forget what its called but such a thing already exists in lore for catland

The main character in Morrowind, Oblivion and Skyrim is whatever you want him/her to be. You can be a redguard or argonian or whatever you want.

It's not going to be any different in Hammerfell.

You can be a blonde-haired blue-eyed Nord sweating his balls off in the Alik'r desert if you want

wow I literally just realized tribunal had a nord sweating even in his (censored) birthday suit....he would've opened a window but its like the same outside the walls of mournhold, city of light, city of magic.
Im mainly referring to with how each game "stars" a different race, the peoples arent fans of cats overall and furries even less so, thats why seeing a mainline title featuring one of the two beast race homelands doesnt sound as likely as say, somerset, even if somerset has more fantastical architecture than elsweyr. Or supposed to at least, disregarding teso

the real reason they cant do hammerfell is because bethesdad couldnt make enough swords varied and curvy

I mean, the entire backdrop will probably be about how Men/Mer just took it over and completely turned it into a facsimile of Man/Mer provinces except a bit swampy, but at least it will be *named* Black Marsh.

I use a similar argument to people who complain about SJW pandering in EA games. That should not be your main concern and main reason to hate the game when EA keeps releasing sub par games with horrible business practices.

People who say something is pandering to someone is just mad because that product isn't being pandered to them. Battlefield 1 caused a ruckus in the gaming community for having a black guy on the box cover.
