I haven't played Iconoclasts (probably), but I find that's the case with most metroidvanias... I don't think even one has an exciting or high-impact endgame. Nah, one of my favorite game used to be Valkyrie Profile (used to be since I played it a lot of times renting it but I never got around to the A ending). As much as I enjoy the game, there is one gripe I have with it. There are many weapons to collect, which should be good right? Well, most weapons are kinda useless or redundant because you get the most useful weapon at the beginning. Still a good game in my opinion and fun fact, everything in this game was made by one guy. I already had the game on my Wii U but I happily bought it again to show my support for the game : ) I really like the soundtrack as well with the exception of one song.
