I used to buy all my pc parts on Newegg because they didnt charge tax. I prefer this because Its beneficial for my business at the end of the year when I file a large sum.

I know theres a couple other sites beside Newegg like tiger direct, Fryes, Amazon, NCIX, eBay. But all those charge tax correct?
