As for the topic at hand, a few instances:

1) in high school I was playing indoor wiffle ball in gym class. We were unsupervised because the gym aide had been hit in the eye by a ball hit back at him and went to see the nurse or something. A kid on the other team decided to pitch for both teams. He was a prick and was pitching softly to his team and trying to strike our team out and bean us. His teammates were being cocky assholes, so when one of them got even cockier, I blocked the base path and shoulder checked him. Knocked him on his ass. One of my friends, also on my team immediately got in his way and stopped him from trying to fight me. He would have been hurt if he taken a swing. The pitcher dickhead made a few threats but did nothing other than trying to bean me more when I was up to bat but his aim sucked and he ended up beaning the catcher who was his buddy that I knocked down.

2) also high school gym class, had a kid who looked 10 get pissed off at me for some reason and boasted that he could knock me out with one punch. Actually did hit me but it was pathetic. I kicked him in the shin and he ran off into the weight room, probably terrified that I was gonna fuck him up. I actually felt bad for him though. He seemed like the type who got bullied a lot and for some reason chose me to try and make an example of. I actually got along with him fairly well after that.

3) in college, I was at a house party with my roommate and some of his friends. He got too gropey with a few girls there and we were told we had to leave. I stuck up for my roommate and tried to be diplomatic, like it was a misunderstanding. He was hella guilty though. A friend of someone who lived there was all "you're his roommate? I'll have to kick your ass too!" I stepped toward him and gave him the crazy eyes and told him sharply that it was fucked that he would threaten me like that. I knew he'd btfo if I intimidated him a bit. It was diffused and we shook hands before our group left.

4) another house party. Was shadow-boxing with this chick (friend of the sister of one of my friends) and she hit me for real. I thought it was an accident from her drunkenly having bad depth perception, but then she hit me twice more. I was like "wtf... are you hitting me for real?" She had misunderstood the situation and thought I was actually trying to fight her. I apologized for giving her the wrong idea and we had a laugh about it.

Never really been in an actual legit fight.

i think i was about 24? bar fight cuz some drunk prick thought he wanted to go toe-to-toe with the biggest guy in the room.

asshole suckerpunched me in the face while wearing a blocky class ring, and I broke his jaw in retaliation.

I don't stick around bars anymore when i'm DDing for people.

Tried to break up a fight of two guys vs 1 which i thought was unfair and got an accidental fist in my face. Nothing major.

3. Last one I was in 7th grade and it was over something dumb like most fights. The kid had been antagonizing me for a while and he said something about my family so we threw down after gym in private. It was just some punches back and forth. Afterwards we shook hands, apologized to each other, and just didn't talk much the rest of the year and beyond lol.

Thats pretty much how the 2 fights before ended up. 2 guys throwing weak punches at each other until we both apologize and move on. The 1st fight was me jumping on a kid and wailing on him till his bro pulls me off. Nothing major. Everyone moved on or I stayed friends with em.
