some orders are randomly canceled, it's not exactly clear why. i had an order with paypal canceled immediately, but a different order with the same account worked no problem. CC has worked for me no issue, but others are reporting cancelations here and there.

might take a couple hours for the code to be sent, but i think as long as the cancelation email isn't sent immediately after order you are good.
