I very rarely spend frivolously. And when I do it's never for a lot of money. I eat out when I go on dates, and only every now and then do I eat fast food. I usually prepare my own stuff. I never buy coffee, ever. I have never lived paycheck to paycheck. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

I save roughly 40% of every dollar I earn post tax, which equates to roughly 55% pretax if you include employer contributions and tax savings.
