my 1070ti is fine for 60-90fps with almost all settings maxxed on mine

It's a good choice for 1440p 144hz

I kinda wish I had saved up for one instead of getting a 1080, just so I'd have a few more frames

It's good but you won't get the full 144 frames on every game on max

i have a 1080ti and i dont get up to 144fps (my monitor supports 165hz i believe even) at 1440p
i doubt you'd get that with a 2080ti. maybe 2 in SLI
