Sounded pretty tame to me. Bet he thinks twice about cracking jokes about women, especially preteen girls, buying pads next time.

Kid was a smartass. Father and background guy were like frothy-mouthed rabid animals. I wouldn't have appreciated his joke if I was in their position. I wouldn't have tolerated the insinuated threats and I wouldn't have let them speak to me like that if I was in the kid's position. I would say the rednecks were more in the wrong for overreacting and going for the "get outraged, start recording, shame and threaten culture" approach. If the claims that the kid had a reputation there were legit, he should have known better at this point and should have learned to reign the joking in a bit. Still, the way those dudes reacted is something you should only do if you're looking to escalate matters to the point where everyone, yourself included, will be having regrets at the end...
