Idk man, beef is pretty universally agreed upon to be the least-healthy meat.

Hell, bison alone does everything that beef does, but better and with less health risks.

Again, definitely not universally. Not even a mainstream view, either. A lot of fitness professionals favor beef over chicken.

"Stan touts the superiority of red meat over chicken or fish, saying its more nutrient dense due to its higher content of iron, B vitamins, zinc, and cholesterol..."

And again, chicken is higher in Omega-6's which Americans get too much of compared to Omega-3s.

And grass-fed beef is no less healthy than bison. Most of the research advocating against red meat doesn't differentiate between heavily processed meats and non-processed meats, nevermind factory farmed vs pasture-raised animals.

Greenhouse gases tho

when you normalize for calories, and take into account all environmental impacts (not just greenhouse gas), meat is fine. that is the problem with data, you can choose to cherry pick and manipulate it to meet whatever agenda you have, and gullible people will accept it as fact.
